We cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with Allison and her team at Philly Home Girls! Allison was an exceptionally thoughtful, patient, and considerate guide to the home buying process. From the first meeting, she spent time learning about us and our home preferences, and then helped organize our search accordingly. She has a keen sense for when buyers need her input and when to hang back. We never felt pressured or over-managed. Rather, we were in full control of the search, with Allison providing just the right amount of guidance and structure to help us make the right decision for us. On a practical level, Allison and her colleagues made the entire process run incredibly smoothly. The instructions we were given were always clear, the paperwork was handled efficiently, and the few times we did have questions, we received answers promptly (often within minutes!). Allisons recommendations for inspectors and mortgage brokers were first-rate, as was her more general advice about how to approach becoming new homeowners. What youll get with Allison is a rare combination: a highly detail-oriented approach to the work coupled with a genuine ability to listen, understand, and help clients. This was not the high-pressure, high-stress search that we had expected, and was oftentimes even fun. This is all thanks to Allison.
