ZillowVERIFIED Julie helped me buy 2 houses. Before I met her I worked with several real estate agents but I will surely stay with Julie. She is a few notches above the other realtors. She is unique in the sense that she is my trusted advisor whereas with the other realtors, I felt as if they seek their own benefit rather than mine. But other than being a trusted advisor, she is extremely professional. She knows each block in the city as if she lived there and she uses this knowledge for my advantage by providing me with advice as to which house would meet my requirements. She is also a great negotiator. The deals that she got me are excellent ones. And once we get the deal, she also executes it wonderfully: handles all the paperwork and works with all the stakeholders, so I just need to come at the end and sign. I would recommend her without any hesitation to anyone who wishes to purchase a house.

During this time, she never hurried me through the process. I really felt that she wanted me to find the best place for me.Once I settled on a place, Julie was fantastic in facilitating the process which was made more and more difficult at every turn by outside influences. Julie often went out of her way to get the information/papers needed to keep the purchase moving forward yet carefully navigated the personalities to ensure that she received the most cooperation from all parties involved.I've worked with other realtors in the city and Julie is one of the best. ZillowVERIFIED I'd initially contacted Julie to view one of her listings, and when the layout didn't work for our family she asked why and quickly prepared a set of listings that nicely met our atypical requirements.She's very knowledgeable, super responsive and efficient, and went to bat 100% for us during a last-minute issue with the seller's bank records so that our closing could happen on time. For viewing appointments she sent us about 20 filtered listings online, and then we could look through and choose which 6-8 to set up appointments for. For first-time buyers like ourselves I'd recommend either being prepared to move very quickly (we saw a house, had 1 round of negotiation, and offer accepted within 36 hours) or specifically mentioning that you have a longer timeframe -- Julie is ready to get down to business, and when she does, she's a great expert to have on your side.
