Regina was responsive at times and helped coordinate a few vendor quotes, but overall the experience was frustrating. Several expectations were set around seller repairs/credits that didnt match what the seller agreed, which created unnecessary stress and last-minute scrambling. What disappointed me most was after closingaEUR"communication basically stopped and there was zero follow-up help. I expected clearer, confirmed-in-writing updates throughout and at least some post-closing support.
