Coldwell Banker Preferred - Moorestown

We feel so lucky to have had Regina by our side through both selling our home and finding a new one. From the very beginning, she was enthusiastic, honest, and truly invested in our familys journey. Selling our home came with its share of challenges, multiple buyers, and unexpected situations, but she always kept us confident and reassured us that she would get our home sold for the value it deserved. Throughout the entire process, she was always available, willing to go the extra mile, and made sure we had the information and guidance we needed. Her knowledge of the area, network of agents, and ability to get the inside scoop gave us such an advantage when buying our new home. She also connected us with trusted contractors and local resources that made the transition so much easier. What means the most is that her support didnt end at closing. She continues to check in and make sure everything is being taken care of the right way. We are so grateful for her dedication, honesty, and genuine care. She truly goes above and beyond.

We have been very disappointed in our post sale communication with Regina Parks. We have asked a question regarding surveys and she has ghosted us. The actual sale closing and sale was disappointing also. We bought an empty lot so it should have been a slam dunk type of transaction. She also allowed the seller to chastise my daughter and son-in-law who purchased the house next to our lot. A horrific experience. Regina was very unprofessional. She disappeared on us after that event. No welcome gift. Would not recommend.

As long as Regina is in the business, there is no other agent we would use or recommend! She was always informing of any updates with the property. She went above and beyond to make the process easy. She explained each document as she sent them along with advising what the next steps would be.

Regina is truly the gold standard when it comes to real estate. If you're buying or selling a home, there is no one I would trust more. She goes above and beyond for her clients and works tirelessly to help them achieve their goals, whether that's finding their dream home or selling their property for the best possible outcome. I've worked with Regina on multiple transactions, and I can confidently say I would never use another agent. Real estate can be a stressful and emotional process, but Regina has always been my rock through every step. She's knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. Not only is she an exceptional realtor, but she's also an amazing person. Her dedication, kindness, and commitment to her clients are unmatched. I wholeheartedly recommend Regina to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate professional.
