ZillowVERIFIED We have been very disappointed in our post sale communication with Regina Parks. We have asked a question regarding surveys and she has ghosted us. The actual sale closing and sale was disappointing also. We bought an empty lot so it should have been a slam dunk type of transaction. She also allowed the seller to chastise my daughter and son-in-law who purchased the house next to our lot. A horrific experience. Regina was very unprofessional. She disappeared on us after that event. No welcome gift. Would not recommend.

Several expectations were set around seller repairs/credits that didnt match what the seller agreed, which created unnecessary stress and last-minute scrambling. What disappointed me most was after closingaEUR"communication basically stopped and there was zero follow-up help. I expected clearer, confirmed-in-writing updates throughout and at least some post-closing support.

We wanted to look at houses in south Jersey after reading about the area but we had no clue where to start. Her personality is unlike any other. She is the sweetest, most genuine person Ive ever met. Her patience is unmatched. ZillowVERIFIED She was good at first. Put trust in her. Bought a house site unseen...she did the walk through with previous owners things in the house and empty. Both times I asked if there were any bad smells. She said no. Said the carpets were dirty but weren't bad and could be cleaned. We used a home inspector she recommended. When we arrived the house smelled like a dumpster. Carpets were soiled sticky gross and had to be replaced. There was water damage and mold in the basement both her and the home inspector did not report. The home had solar which was not fully transfered. After the sale she never answered the phone and didn't help much to fix the issues. Told me I could sell SREC's the previous owner had saved for the last 3 years...which was wrong. Terrible experience which reminded me not to trust anyone.
