Shana was an excellent partner throughout the whole selling process from suggesting what should be done prior to listing, recommending contractors to help, setting the stage for open houses and discussing the strongest offers. When we hit a few bumps when under contract she helped get the tight paperwork to the right people and was a great communicator between all parties.

Shana was terrific! She was our selling and buying agent. She's an experienced agent who knows the south shore / cape cod area inside and out. She has a great pulse on the market, pricing trends, etc! She's very thoughtful in how she communicates and negotiates with other agents and prospects. Always a professional, very responsive, and thorough in following up! Being a veteran agent, She's pretty much seen it all and is quickly able to set your mind at ease, if needed. There's no pressure to buy or sell with Shana ever, it's your decision and she ensures you have the appropriate information in hand to feel comfortable making decisions. Shana is such a great partner; I recommend her to everyone! She's wonderful!

Shana is an incredible person and a true professional! Within a month and a half of starting my home search, I was moved into my new place. If youre looking for a realtor who truly knows her stuff, youve come to the right place. I highly recommend Shana!
