That cold call ended up being the start of a more than a year long relationship with Shana as we navigated searching for our dream, an ocean front home, and hopefully our final destination. I felt an immediate connection to her and her energy. I was very honest with her about my desires in finding the "perfect" spot on the water and when I shared what I was looking for and how particular and more than likely slow moving I was going to be during this process because I would just "know" when I found the house, she did not hesitate to say yes to working with me. In fact she made me feel 100% at ease that she would be by my side for as long as it takes and that she knew exactly what I meant when I said I would just "know" when I found the one. I could take deep breath and relax as I knew Shana had my back. She is easy going, friendly, calm under pressure, very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, resourceful and genuinely cares about her clients like no one I have met before. She goes above and beyond in every way. She sent me tips, articles, meditations and many resources as we journeyed for more than a year. She always reassured me that with patience, we would find the one. She was a very calming presence. She quickly attuned to me and was able to sense into whether a house had what she called "Tammy Vibes". She was able to see houses and give her honest feedback on how they might fit my style and needs. She shared everything I needed to do to be prepared to make an offer if things were to move quickly, and even though I did not do what she recommended, she was there to pick up the slack and had creative solutions to get our offer together once I had that "knowing". We realized in that moment, if we did not act quickly, we might lose this house. She was with us through every step of the process: the late night mortgage pre-approval and offer, quick attorney referral and the time sensitive inspection. She was the voice of reason when a few issues came up during inspection. She navigated this with grace and ease, again referring us to yet another knowledgable resource. She was so supportive and never once pressured a decision. During our final walkthrough we had something come up and she knew exactly who to call. She is quick on her feet. I wholeheartedly trust Shana. She is a true gem. Suffice to say, I highly recommend Shana and wish she was in my local area to sell my home for me now!
