I have bought and sold several houses in my lifetime, but NEVER have I dealt with a consummate pro such as Jane Bloch. Besides her impeccable and compelling professional marketing, Jane paid attention to every last detail in every aspect of the sale of my house. When I began the process of thinking about selling my house, I was very emotional and apprehensive about letting go of a house I loved, a house in which I had raised my children but which I'd long ago outgrown. But it was more than past the time to do so and downsize. I originally contacted Jane about selling my house about two years before I moved forward. I kept going back and forth about whether I should sell it or not. Jane was so patient with me. Not only that every now and then even when I didn't respond to her messages, she gently encouraged me in a manner that was clearly not self-serving to move on which would make the sale of my house necessary. One day I would say "ok, let's list it!" Then I would change my mind. I didn't want to deal with the preparation and sale of the house which was overwhelming to me. Jane encouraged me every step of the way so that I was able to face the daunting task ahead of me. At last it was listed. Jane had done the research to properly price the house. To my astonishment, the first day my house was listed I received a full price offer! I could hardly believe it. Because the buyer and I were eager to close as quickly as possible and Jane knew the lender contact for a quick close, the deal was done within four weeks. Throughout the process, every legal and contractual detail was attended to by Jane. The closing meeting, which I had dreaded, was over in minutes. At the end of it all, I told Jane that the commission she earned was not nearly enough to compensate her for all her work, and I know that's true. She went above and beyond anything that any reasonable seller could or should have expected. Her response was extraordinary and indicative of not only the kind of real estate agent Jane is but more so, the kind of human being she is. She responded: "It gives me satisfaction to know I've helped someone, to help someone move on with their life and to know that they are happy." That's Jane Bloch. I can't say enough to describe how invaluable Jane has been and couldn't say enough good things about her to recommend her to others who want to successfully sell and market their house. Jane helped me move on and made it possible for me to begin to create my new life. Thank you Jane for everything!
