Before listing our house, Robin suggested a number of simple updates to make our house more appealing to buyers. This allowed us to get a higher sales price than we anticipated. We started about a year ago looking for one floor low maintenance living in the Sewickley area. With Robins expertise and assistance, after looking at several places that didnt suit us, we located an apartment that we liked. Robin guided us through the buying process very efficiently and on Jan. 30 we closed. When we first met Robin she told us that she could sell our house, however we didnt want to put our house on the market before having somewhere to go.
