In addition he assisted the seller as well in order to meet the close date that I wanted. Very knowledgeable on the area and will give you many houses to pick from.

Jerry went beyond what any other realtor ever did for us, we just moved to Junction City from Alabama, he found out what kinda house we was looking for and it was just about every night he was sending us houses to look at until we found the house we bought. You could tell he really cares about the people he is helping, it's not just about making money for him, its something he loves doing. I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a house!!!! You will not find another realtor better than him!!!

He provided insights on each home, which really helped us make a decision. Very military friendly and would definitely work with him again in the future.
