Coldwell Banker Paradise

I am writing this review to formally recognize Richard Zangre (Caldwell Banker Paradise, Vero Beach) for the exceptional real estate service he provided during the recent sale and purchase of my properties in Vero Beach. From the beginning of the process, Richard demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, market knowledge and unmatched dedication. He successfully helped me navigate the competitive sale and buyer market and was always available to answer questions and offer strategic advice. What truly sets Richard Zangre apart is his unwavering patience, sharp negotiation skills, prompt communication. Because of his hard work, I was able to secure my dream home within my budget. Kudos for a job well done.

I met Richard in 2019 when he helped me buy my house and 6 years later I called him to help me sell the house. He did. He helped me sell the house and to find a right size apartment in a nice community. Richard responds when you call him and gives sounds advice when asked. Richard is responsible, knowledgeable and presents a pleasant attitude all the time. I will use his services again for sure. I will recommend Richard.

Richard was fantastic to work withaEUR"knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. His dedication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

Richard did an outstanding job helping me purchase my retirement home. He was at a disadvantage because I have researched 100's of hours before ever contacting him. He tolerated my analytics quite well, appreciated my take on things and new when to say what needed to be said. Richard is very personable - not your typical (pushy) Realtor. I spent parts of 3 days with Richard before making an offer. With his experience in the Florida market he guided me to a very quick agreement. He connected me with a local title company, insurance company and several other contractors and vendors. All-in-all Richard oversaw a very successful experience. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him for anyone's real estate needs!!!
