ZillowVERIFIED Richard did an outstanding job helping me purchase my retirement home. He was at a disadvantage because I have researched 100's of hours before ever contacting him. He tolerated my analytics quite well, appreciated my take on things and new when to say what needed to be said. Richard is very personable - not your typical (pushy) Realtor. I spent parts of 3 days with Richard before making an offer. With his experience in the Florida market he guided me to a very quick agreement. He connected me with a local title company, insurance company and several other contractors and vendors. All-in-all Richard oversaw a very successful experience. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him for anyone's real estate needs!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Richard in 2019 when he helped me buy my house and 6 years later I called him to help me sell the house. He did. He helped me sell the house and to find a right size apartment in a nice community. Richard responds when you call him and gives sounds advice when asked. Richard is responsible, knowledgeable and presents a pleasant attitude all the time. I will use his services again for sure. I will recommend Richard.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard was the most helpful and professional realtor I could have possibly contacted. I was very uninformed about what to do and Richard guided me through the process in such a calm and assuring manner. In less than 3 weeks, I met with Richard, he worked his magic and I closed, completely satisfied and content. I am from New York, with limited time to execute the process, Richard made me feel as though I was next door the whole time and was VERY reassuring and informative. Richards personable demeanor was something that anyone who is buying or selling would appreciate. It is without hesitation that I recommend Richard to anyone who cares about honesty, professionalism and ultimately successful purchase or sale of their property. I could not be happier with my outcome!

ZillowVERIFIED Richard worked with me, internationally, to find, negotiate, finance, and purchase a dream waterfront home for a price I could never imagine. Instant equity. He liaised with owners, lawyers, title company, inspectors and HOA's to make this the smoothest, easiest home purchase of my life. Love this guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! What can we say except that Richard was great. We had worked with him previously and knew he was the right man to help us find our dream condo on the beach and did he ever come through! He listened to our wants list and quickly found us several locations to look at that met our criteria. He was on time and always friendly and helpful during the visits. Once we found the condo we wanted, Richard helped us and masterfully negotiated a deal on our behalf. Richard worked diligently throughout the closing process to keep things on track. He put out several "fires" to ensure a successful and speedy closing. We would definitely work with Richard again and would highly recommend him to you for your next real estate purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard is an honest, down to earth realtor who has worked very hard to satisfy my requirements on a new purchase of a home. He has taken me up and down the Treasure Coast for many days until we found a home to my liking. He's a Jersey boy so he talks like Vinny, but don't let his demeanor fool you. You won't find anyone here that will work as hard as him. When you sign him on, he's like a piranha on a mission. He won't quit til you're satisfied. And he won't hesitate to advise you on these matters, either.

ZillowVERIFIED Richard Zangre showed me numerous condos and some houses over a two month period. The condo I settled on buying was one that he showed me early in our travels. I just needed to see what else was out there but I never forgot about the place I did buy. When ever I called Richard was always there he made himself available for me. I had never dealt with a real estate agent before I'm just glad that my first experience with one was Richard .

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Richard as your realtor if you are looking for properties in the Fort Pierce/Hutchinson Island area. After our initial consultation, Richard set up viewings for multiple properties within our price range. His no pressure sales approach allowed us to view properties at an enjoyable and leisurely pace. He provided professional service throughout the process from submitting a bid through closing. He was always available by phone and immediately followed up on all questions. Not being familiar with the businesses in the area Richard provided multiple names and phone numbers for title companies and home inspectors. Richard made our home buying experience enjoyable from start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Richard last Dec. buying a beach condo in N. Hutchindon Island Fl. He was the utmost professional, quick to respond and available anytime. We did a marathon viewing one weekend, 12 units in 1 day and he was on the phone negotiating with & for us as we drove back to our home on West side of state. Limited time for viewing due to my work schedule and 2 dogs in the mix, we were not easy clients. Richard is the utmost professional and knowledgeable realtor. I would use him again in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong choosing Richard for your real estate needs.
