Dedicated, hardworking, and AMAZING agent!! . The reason me and my husband were able to buy the specific house we wanted (contingent on the sale of our house) was because of Paul. From our very first phone call and walk through of our house a day later he told us what to expect and didn't sugar coat the amount of work it was going to be. Paul DELIVERED! He knew the market inside and out and the competition we were going to be up against. He presented us with a strategy and made sure we were on board every step of the way. He did the behind the scenes prep work and had people interested before the house even hit the market and offers on it the night before the open house. Paul genuinely cared about our goals and concerns, taking the time to understand the unique features of our home (every room was painted a wild color) and crafted a personalized strategy that showcased its strengths. Additionally, me and my husband had never sold a home before, the real estate jargon was daunting but Paul patiently guided us through the complexities, explaining each detail with clarity.
