Buying a home in Northern California while still living in Southern California is no small feat. After a few introductory calls with Paul and gaining comfort that he fully understood our needs and wants in our new home, we started on our journey to find a home in the Lamorinda and Piedmont towns in the Bay Area. Paul was extremely proactive throughout the process in recommending properties for us to consider, and when we did find one of interest (and there were many), he was quick to schedule appointments for virtual walk throughs with other agents, most times within the same day (and even with a few hours) of us sending a listing to him. Paul would video conference us and patiently walked us through each property, from driveway to entryway to each and every bedroom and bathroom, we felt like we were really there in person. He would also send us videos of the surrounding neighborhoods and streets so that we could really get a feel of the area without physically being there. Paul was helpful in pointing things out for us to consider in various properties and we never felt pressured or stressed during the process. Paul quickly developed relationships with the other agents to get insight on the properties, and to help us get detailed answers to all the questions that we had. He was always available for calls to talk through our thoughts on each property. When we finally did find our home, he was quick in helping us to submit our bid and close. Paul went above and beyond in helping us manage all the little details that needed to be dealt with while we were still living in LA. We are happy to consider him not only our agent but a good friend, and would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Paul is a rockstar! We found a house we wanted and put an offer on that was accepted, except now we had to sell our place and fast! Paul stepped up to the challenge and worked with us to get all the balls in motion right away. We took a look at the competition in our neighborhood and took a realistic look at what we should do to stand out, especially considering we were not in a place to move out first and spruce the place up. Paul did an incredible job selling our listing to people that would be interested before we were even officially on the market, all the while we were still living there with our colored walls and furniture in the place. Paul was there anytime we had a question or needed anything, I felt bad sometimes with how fast he was responding after business hour! I dont think we would have gotten the house sold so fast and into our current home without him! 20/10 A++ would choose again!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Paul during an open house for a home that he was selling. When we first met Paul, he was warm, inviting, and forthright about what the sellers hoped to receive for the house. Unfortunately, at the time, it was out of our budget. More importantly, Paul is a Warriors super fan and also the creator of the aEURoeWe BelieveaEUR? slogan. We conversed for a bit and said our goodbyes. Nevertheless, Pauls honesty and warmth left an impression on us. Fast forward 6-8 months later, my wife and I were in Los Angeles and saw a home we were interested in the Bay Area. It was a Sunday and we were getting on a flight to come back to the Bay Area, but given how hot the market was/is, we didnt want to wait to look at the house so we took a shot in a dark and called Paul after having not spoken for 6-8 months. He immediately answered and remembered us. Moreover, he said he would make himself available to show us the house when we landed at 730 pm. Again, this was a Sunday. True to his word, Paul was waiting for us when we looked at the house that we would eventually buy. My wife and I are young professionals with stellar credit but the process for us was grueling and the mortgage companies didnt make it easy but through each step of the way Paul remained positive and solution oriented. I mean, when we talk about Mamba Mentality, Paul has it. Our escrow lasted 60 days and not once did Paul crack - he dealt with us, upset sellers, ridiculous bankers and all kinds of antics with professionalism, integrity and positivity. He repeatedly reassured everyone that the sale would go through. He also always made himself available and was ALWAYS responsive. My wife and I now own a stunning home with bay views in a gated community. I cannot say this enough, if you are looking for an agent to help you buy or sell your property, Paul is your guy. As first time home buyers in this ridiculous Bay Area market, we walked into the search a bit intimidated, even though we had been doing our research and planning this for a while. We met Paul at one of his open houses and instantly knew he was our Realtor. From the beginning, we always felt like Paul was not only looking out for us and had our best interest in mind, but we could also communicate with him honestly. After we both decided it would be a great fit to work together, Paul and his assistant Jillian went to work. It honestly felt like Paul stopped the life he was living and dedicated everything he had to finding us a house. He has a wealth of knowledge about the Bay Area market that was always proven true. I feel like Paul could have his own Bay Area TV show called the 'Asking Price' whisperer. No matter how much it hurt to hear, no matter how far off the asking price was, to what Paul said the closing costs would end up as, he was always right. We found this out mostly months afterwards as the houses we were originally looking at sold. Luckily, no, actually amazingly, we didn't have to wait that long to find our home. Paul got us into our first home weeks after we started looking. Without boring you with the details, the only reason we got into our first home in an amazing and safe neighborhood in Oakland at a fair price is because of Paul, his connections, and his knowledge of the market. Paul is the best realtor out there and Jillian by his side only makes that fact more strong. We are forever grateful to have had Paul as our realtor. If you are attempting to make a decision of who to choose, do yourself a favor and stop right there. There is no choice.
