Thank you so much for your expertise and guidance in helping us successfully navigate our 1031 exchange. You made what could have been a complicated and stressful process feel remarkably easy and seamless. We truly appreciate your knowledge, attention to detail, and constant support throughout the entire transaction. We are so grateful to have had you by our side and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you again for making the whole experience a pleasure.

I have been working with Kristie for the last 3 years. I couldn't ask for a better realtor, not only is she heartfelt in everything she does and every decision she makes, she is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly personable, fun to work with and gets the job done in a timely manner. Kristie has sold 2 homes for me personally and 1 home for my family, unfortunately it was a rough time for all of us and she made the process easy and heartfelt. It was then my turn! I was a first time buyer and she found me the perfect home. Kristie helped me with the design process every step of the way. Her vision became my vision and together we created the perfect home for me and my kids! Kristie Martinelli is absolutely the one that should be by your side when selling your home or looking for your perfect place to call your home. Thank you again Kristie for everything! You truly are amazing! ~Gina Morris

Brent was amazing throughout the entire home-buying process. He was always positive, transparent, and upfront, and was incredibly easy to get ahold of whenever we had questions. His involvement in the community was also important to us. Most importantly, he helped us close on our dream home. We couldnt be happier!

Working with Amy Burkel was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. She guided us through every step of the home-buying process with incredible professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Amy was always responsive, thorough, and proactive, making sure we understood everything and felt confident throughout the process. Beyond her expertise, what truly sets her apart is how genuinely caring, kind, and personable she is, we always felt that she had our best interests at heart. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, exciting, and enjoyable. We couldnt have asked for a better real estate professional and would wholeheartedly recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Thank you, Brent, for the quick turn around and the amazing sale price for my mother's home. Better than expected! The advice Brent gave on upgrading the home was spot on. As were his suggestions for professionals to work with, staging of the home, and timing of the offering. Brent's professional manner, attention to detail, and his dedication to his customers were evident throughout the entire process. I appreciated Brent's willingness to come to me to complete the required paperwork and he was also willing to walk me through the sometimes confusing documents. I am confident in recommending Brent to anyone buying or selling a home in our area.
