Coldwell Banker

Kevin helped us sell our home in Winston and find our new home in Troutman. He was always available anytime for any reason. He is down to earth and always made us feel comfortable and always made sure we understood everything throughout the entire process.

Never in all my years of business transactions have I met such a extraordinary person as well as phenomenal Real Estate Agent. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we found the home of our dreams and really paid attention to all the major details. We could not be happier! If your looking for a buyers agent Kevin is your guy!

As an out of state buyer Kevin was truly our eyes and ears on the ground. He was willing and able to dig into whatever are of the house we needed included attics and crawl spaces. On a few occasions he pointed out issues that we would have never been able to see without him pointing it out - which wasn't exactly in his best interest but it was in ours. In the busiest of busy markets he frequently got us into new listings for a virtual viewing the same day, if not the next. Kevin is an excellent realtor who will work hard for you and I would recommend him to anyone.

Kevin is wonderful to work with when buying or selling a home. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer the countless questions that come up during the process. I would highly recommend using him as your real estate agent!
