ZillowVERIFIED As an out of state buyer Kevin was truly our eyes and ears on the ground. He was willing and able to dig into whatever are of the house we needed included attics and crawl spaces. On a few occasions he pointed out issues that we would have never been able to see without him pointing it out - which wasn't exactly in his best interest but it was in ours. In the busiest of busy markets he frequently got us into new listings for a virtual viewing the same day, if not the next. Kevin is an excellent realtor who will work hard for you and I would recommend him to anyone.

What "sold us " on Kevin was when we looked at the first house with him- he pointed out the cons of the home as well as the pros. In the past, we have had realtors who pointed out only the pros- to make a sale. Kevin was honest, patient and pointed out cons that we would not have known or thought of . He researched about each home , as if he were buying for himself. We would recommend Kevin to any family or friends needing a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Kevin is an awesome realtor and 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a realtor. In this market you have to move fast and Kevin was willing to look at houses after 5:00 with us pretty much anytime we asked him. He also isnt scared to crawl in the attic or crawl space to ensure a house doesnt have any underlying issues. He is also super knowledgeable of the surrounding area of Mooresville. After going under contract, the lender, inspector, and attorney Kevin recommended all were great.

He promptly contacted the original listing agent, alerted us to preliminary paperwork needed to view the property, and met my husband and me at the property. After Kevin added us to his "hot sheet" of available properties that met our criteria, we looked at many listings, and Kevin walked us through the process of selecting the best offer.
