There are three major points that I consider important to me and to the selection of a Realtor to work with me. During the house hunt I was swamped by multiple Realtors and just as important as purchasing the house I wanted to work with a deserving Realtor to make a purchase. Below are three point not totally inclusive of all my considerations to select a Realtor but it helped me select Gus.#1 keeping in touch with me as I continued to change my mind on exactly what I was looking for in a house. Gus was always there adjusting the search for a right house.#2 a non-intimidating person that I felt comfortable around so that I could express my views and concerns with out feeling that he was just there to pressure me into buying a house.#3 Total overall knowledge about housing. Gus is not just a sales person but has worked in many different fields of construction that give him a particularly good understanding of building construction , electrical, phone and cable. I felt very fortunate to have Gus as my realtor , I would highly recommend Gus to any of my family members.
