I have worked with Melissa twice, first to purchase my first home in 2018 and then to sell it and buy a new home in 2022. Melissa helped us find the right home in one of the craziest seller's markets. We were moving to the Lebanon, NH area and we began the house search process a year in advance by looking for the right realtor. We set up house showings with a handful of realtors and, from beginning, Melissa found a way to make time for us and get us in to see houses we were interested in. That was not the case with some other realtors we tried. Some were eager to meet with us and not show us any houses. We spent close to a year looking for the right house with Melissa and not once did she pressure us to purchase a home we were not comfortable with. As our lease was running out, and the pressure to find a home to purchase (or to rent) neared, Melissa continued to get us in to see houses. We made a handful of offers and Melissa always let us make the offer we wanted with gentle guidance. She stayed positive, even when most of our offers were not accepted.
