Coldwell Banker King

I have enjoyed working with Amanda Simpkins. She is so informative and knowledgeable with a no-pressure attitude. I have bought and listed with Amanda and sent her referrals who have been just as happy.

Amanda was so helpful every step of the way during the sell of our home/property. From the very beginning when we were trying to decide how much to ask for the property to the final signature on the sell, Amanda was in frequent contact guiding us through the complexities of this process. Thank you Amanda!

Amanda was amazing to deal with! She truly went above and beyond. In fact, she made the almost impossible happen. She always had great advice that paid off and was Jonny on the spot on communicating. If you want a realtor that will listen, communicate and stay honest, she is the one for you!

Amanda helped us sell our house in the middle of the pandemic, and was SO helpful when we were absentee owners, having to leave town before it sold. Highly recommend.

Amanda is amazing! We live in Florida but visit Asheville every year and love the WNC area. Right from explaining the market, coordinating the various services, suggesting vendors and helping with furniture delivery etc - the list keeps going, shes our go to person for everything. Shes very professional, responsive and pays attention to our requirements. Since we were out of state, she visited many houses on our behalf and took videos and shared with us. This saved us lot of trips and helped us get multiple houses lined up when we were ready to visit. When we found the right house, She helped us to buy the house which had 8 competing offers in one day and guided us to put out a compelling offer. We trust her judgement and will recommend her in a heart beat.
