Susan is absolutely terrific. She's very bright, experienced, open and honest. You get the feeling that she's in it with you - that she actually cares that you find a home or property that you are looking for and not just acting for the sale. One of my favorite things about her is that she's very detail oriented. As soon as you reach arrive at a property she's examining every inch and letting you know her opinion, good or bad. Her husband accompanied her on our tour of several homes and he also has great experience and input. Their attention to detail is incredible. I've been with other realtors that won't say a word, even if a place is terrible for fear that it might jeapardize a sale. I just want the truth and I want to hear the realtor's opinion. Having her (and her husband's) insight is extremely valuable and appreciated. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. I've dealt with realtors in several states and had some negative experiences, which really soured me on trusting them. In short, Susan is everything I had hoped to find in a realtor, I just didn't realize how rare it was to find something with those qualities. I also asked her if I could write a review, and wasn't prompted to do so. Susan and her husband are excellent people, and excellent when it comes to real estate. I'd use them again and would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
