I came to Heather when I was feeling completely overwhelmed with the entire process of finding a home. She broke everything down and never judged me for any questions I asked (even if they seemed like I should know the answer already). She is so kind and makes the process of finding a home personal and judgement-free. She also is so good at her job she negotiates the heck out of things- she saved me a lot of grief by guiding us in what things are worth spending money on (septic inspection!!) and where we could same a little money in the process. The cherry on top is she also has a background in architecture- so when you are looking at a home she is picking up on everything and will give you an honest assessment of if the property is worth the time/investment. We found our forever home with Heather, but if we ever wanted to buy/sell she would be the only person I would trust to do it again with.
