Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman

Working with Carly was a dream! We could not be happier. She helped us purchase our first home and was patient, knowledgeable and helped us narrow down where we wanted to live, our wants and non-negotiables. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and various neighborhoods. When houses came available she was quick to act and got us right in. She gave great advice throughout and we always felt heard and listened to. Everyone she suggested we work with throughout the process (e.g. inspectors etc) were also top-notch. Carly is a true gem, she went above and beyond in helping us purchase our home and we are so grateful! You will be lucky to work with her and can't go wrong!

James Gunger was very pleasant to work with and made out first home purchase a painless experience. We found him to be very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with us. He understood our needs and helped us find the perfect home that fits our needs. We'd love to work with him again on future real estate transactions.

Keeley is the whole reason I own my first home. She made me feel comfortable and confident, and truly went out of her way to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. She is approachable, personable, kind, and considerate. She also has positive relations with so any other folks that are involved in the buying/selling process in this area, it made everything smooth and exciting. I felt like I had a whole team of people coming together to improve my life in a way where I felt genuinely cared about. I can't recommend her enough.

Jill Vespa is the absolute best real estate agent we have ever worked with. I have bought and sold homes for 40 years and Jill was amazing. She was referred to us by a friend 5 years ago and she represented us in our home purchase. There was never a question of who we would use to sell our home. She is a 10 out of 10!!!! Sincerely, Rob & Bari Evans, Audree and Tanner Baroni

Sold a house in Chittenden County Vermont I enjoyed working with Kathy Hale and the Coldwell Banker (Hickok & Boardman) team. The house listing had great "reach" and very professional photos. The house sold the very first day on the market! Kathy did an outstanding job communicating with the buyer's listing agent, took the time to listen and answer questions. We closed without any loose ends. It was a relatively stress-free experience. I would work with Kathy anytime!
