ReviewWe used Kim Corey from the Lipkin Audette Team to purchase our first house and really appreciated having her expertise and patience with us throughout the whole process, especially in such a challenging housing market. We originally selected Kim back in 2021 because we wanted to take the time to find the right home for us, not just buy any house, and we felt like she understood that and would never pressure us to buy or offer more than we were comfortable with. Kim completely met our expectations there, even when we were probably painfully slow to work with (it took us 3 years and 1 failed inspection to find the right fit). Her patience and happiness to meet with us never faltered. As first time home buyers having a real estate agent guiding us through the process helped us understand the market, craft offers we felt good about (from both a competitive/our finances stand point), navigate vendors, and keep us on our closing timeline once our offer was submitted. What really made Kim stand out though was her ability to navigate challenges, especially when the sellers agent wasn't the most responsive and our final walk-through revealed an unexpected leak. She ensured we got the information we needed, understood our options, and felt comfortable completing the purchase, including when she had to work through concession negotiations on a Friday evening. We loved our experience with Kim in general, but her ability to navigate the unexpected really wowed us!

Review I could not have asked for better service from Jill Vespa and the Lipkin Audette Team. Jill was instrumental in making a difficult time much easier; my elderly mother had recently passed away and my family and I needed to sell her home. At every turn Jill provided excellent and timely advice and went above and beyond expectations. Starting with pricing the property, Jill accurately predicted what the pool of available buyers would be like and at what price their offers would come in at. She handled negotiations skillfully, getting us a fast closing with an offer well above list price and very few strings attached. We wouldn't have been able to make that closing date without her diligent work getting there. Jill organized the cleanout and removal off the majority of items and furniture in the house, which would have been very time consuming and emotionally difficult for myself and family to have to handle. Jill responded to questions and concerns extremely quickly, and spent many hours of her personal time helping to prepare the home for the initial listing, and for the closing. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Jill and would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling their home or purchasing property.

Review My family has had great experiences with both Kim Cory and Carol Audette as well from the Lipkin Audette team over the last 25 years. We just closed on our condo sale with Kim this last week and we feel we really got our money's worth with them. There were all sorts of things we needed help with, and frankly, they handled some things for us that we just wouldn't have had the time or knowledge to take care of. When we go house hunting in the Spring we plan to contact them again. They really are great at what they do, and we look forward to working with them again.

Review Lindsay was very helpful in selling our house and helping us find our new house. I started out as a FSBO, thinking I could do it all myself. What I didn't realize is that we had a hard to sell house because of the street we lived on and the size of the back yard. Review We can't recommend Jill Vespa and the Lipkin Audette Team enough. Jill worked with us for over 2 years to find the right home. She was always available to answer questions and easily adapted to our changing parameters. Jill was great with scheduling viewings and upfront with us on the houses we looked at. In the end, we surprised her by finding something outside the parameters we had given her. But Jill bounced right in and helped us though the whole process.

Review If you want the best, ask for Jacob. He knows the market, is quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and texts, will give you his honest and experienced opinion, and will be there when you need him most. I was referred to Jacob from a friend who was referred from a friend of a friend who was referred from a friend of a friend of a friend, and the list goes on. We all use Jacob because he is trustworthy, true to his word, and will always go the extra mile (or 20) to make sure you get the house you want. I couldn't be happier with his service and will no doubt rely on Jacob again when the housing market comes 'a calling.
