Zach is great to work with. He knows his stuff and has great connections to get things done. He had a guy that removed the stuff we needed to get rid of. He had a guy that help resolve any issues with the home inspection and other things. He also worked well with the buyers to help address any concerns they had with making the purchase. With resolving issues and radon remediation he was able to keep things moving and get us to closing as soon as possible. I would definitely use him again.

Karen Knight is true go-getter and was so helpful in selling my mother's condo. She was strategic in helping list the property, helpful in many ways that truly went above and beyond any real estate agent that I have ever worked with. I live 2 hours away from the property and Karen would often check on the property to make sure everything was ok and let me know. She also helped with the closing process and worked to get the paperwork ready for me to sign when I was in town a few days before the closing. She often reminded me of things I may have forgotten to do and that was extremely helpful as well. Karen is a gem and true realtor for everyone.

Michelle was great to work with. I had a lot of anxiety about selling because I haven't done it before.
