Coldwell Banker Group One Realtor

Chelsea is in our opinion the best agent we've ever used. No matter what problems may show up she works it out. She's sold several properties for us including one that was difficult but she didn't slow down.

Chelsea was amazing to work with! She listened, responded, kept me in the loop, and is very kind. I highly recommend. She made the selling process extremely easy.

I was referred to Chelsea to complete an out of area sale of my property. She walked me through the process from start to finish and got property sold efficiently. She answered all my questions honestly and treated me and my family with respect. I high recommend using her company for any real estate needs

This team is amazing. Very responsive and great at what they do. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a home. When we go to sell and buy again, i will make sure to continue to use this team.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Desiree Walker from the Haven Homes team. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. She was patient through every showing, quick to answer our questions, and was always willing to work with our schedule. Although we ultimately decided not to purchase a homeaEUR"and that decision had nothing to do with Desiree / Haven HomesaEUR"she got us incredibly close to finding the perfect place. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and never once made us feel pressured. Instead she focused on helping us make the decision that was best for us. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, dedicated, honest, and just simply a joy to be around - I cant recommend Desiree highly enough. Thank you, Desiree, for all of your hard work and kindness!
