ZillowVERIFIED We had such a wonderful experience working with Desiree Walker from the Haven Homes team. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. She was patient through every showing, quick to answer our questions, and was always willing to work with our schedule. Although we ultimately decided not to purchase a homeaEUR"and that decision had nothing to do with Desiree / Haven HomesaEUR"she got us incredibly close to finding the perfect place. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and never once made us feel pressured. Instead she focused on helping us make the decision that was best for us. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, dedicated, honest, and just simply a joy to be around - I cant recommend Desiree highly enough. Thank you, Desiree, for all of your hard work and kindness!

ZillowVERIFIED It was great from the initial meeting where she explained in great detail how the process worked and how we would proceed along the way to all steps where we were guided and advised to help make it smooth. Her entire team helped with all the details which we appreciated so much since we had never sold a home before!

ZillowVERIFIED We had an outstanding experience working with Chelsea Ross during our move from Alexandria to Ruston. Because we didnt know the area well, it was important to find an agent who truly understood the local market and the entire ecosystem of home buying - from inspectors and contractors to cleaners, painters, and other service providers. Chelsea exceeded our expectations in every way. We especially appreciated the opportunity to interview Chelsea and her team before making our decision, which gave us confidence that we were choosing the right agent. Throughout the process, we were continually impressed by her critical eye, knowledgeable approach, and attention to detail. She was always honest, direct, and clear in her communication, which we valued immensely. We relied heavily on her recommendations for outside services and continue to do so even after closing; a testament to the trust she built with us. Chelseas professionalism and expertise made our relocation smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Ruston area.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to put our home on the market we knew we needed someone who could give us lots of guidance. We had several friends and family who had been trying to sell their homes for months with no luck. We needed to get the most out of our house in order to purchase a home we needed in a much more expensive state. During our first meeting with Chelsea, we were confident that she was the one for the job. Her knowledge of the market trends, process points, staging, and marketing were evident. She was well prepared to talk about our home specifically and gave us peace of mind that she had done her research. The Haven Team was incredible from day one of our journey! From the free home cleaning to the professional photographer and videographer and the well promoted Open House, they really provided everything we needed with excellence! We would highly recommend Haven Team if you are buying or selling your home. Their dedication, professionalism, and excellent service made our home selling process a breeze!

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have asked for a better agent. My wife and I went into the home-selling process completely green and extremely nervous, but Chelsea was ALWAYS a step ahead of us, and kept us on track. We sold our house very quickly, and she was a huge help in negotiations as well as home prep!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea has been awesome from Day 1! She knew exactly what we were looking for in our forever home after our 1st couple of homes we looked at. Every time I called on one to look at, she would jump right on it and by that day she would have it set up for us to go look at. She answered every question we had about the purchasing of our 1st home and if she didn't know the answer (which most of the time she knew) she would find it out for us. I recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for their forever home! She's a real gem!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea was amazing. She went way above board with her work in selling our property. She never wavered and never was always creating new alternative ways to do the job. I really don't think any other agent would have been able to move the property like she did. We will call her anytime that we need to sell or buy property. Thanks again Chelsea.

ZillowVERIFIED So thankful we stumbled across JonesRoss Team! From the moment we met Chelsea we were impressed! She has such a great energy and is so knowledgeable when it comes to buying and selling a home! If she said she was going to find something out for you, she found it out then, not a few days later, not a week, but within the next few hours, that was one of my favorite things about her! She also had a person for EVERYTHING (roofer,Plumber, electrical) which was so nice! She always made sure we were happy and would call or text to check on us frequently! Even after the buying and selling process was over she made it very clear she wasn't going anywhere and let me know if we ever needed anything she was only a phone call away! We just always felt like a priority to her and felt heard! I can't thank her enough for making this process so easy and enjoyable! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Chelsea!!!
