Eric was incredibly helpful in assisting us as first-time home-buyers. We initially were looking without an agent and had previously made an offer and were overwhelmed by the many steps. Eric helped us out greatly by explaining what is standard and what to expect, as well as small things such as remembering to update our utilities and forward our mail. We really appreciate our entire experience with Eric. We found out we were moving to Grand Forks in November of 2021. We knew we wanted to buy a house, so we began our search for a realtor. We were connected with Eric through a listing here on Zillow. Eric was so helpful and accommodating with the 7 hour time difference, and the fact that we needed to purchase the house without seeing in person. He made sure to stay at or below our budget request when sending us houses to consider. He took the time to take us on very thorough video tours of the houses we wanted. He was incredibly honest about every question we hadaEUR"even the ones that had complicated answers. I never felt pressured or swindled or like anything sneaky was going on. He made sure every fact was put forth to us so we could make the best possible choice for our family. We had to wait a couple months after the contract was signed before we actually left Italy, and he checked in with us frequently and updated us on anything important. As first time home buyers, we were so nervous about a lot of things but Eric was there every step of the way making sure we were confident and happy with our decision. We will never forget Erics kindness and knowledge! We feel so lucky to have been connected with him. If we ever need to sell, we will absolutely use Eric again!

Julie was very flexible with everything that I asked. She worked with me on every house I had questions on and in a quick and accurate manner. She was always responsive via email or phone. I highly recommend her if you're looking for some help in this wonderful home market.
