She was very professional. She worked with our schedule to find homes. I think we looked at 37 homes in just over a week. She let us pick out homes we likes and we viewed them. Then she let us pick more homes after and she added a few she thought matched what we were looking for. We heard about another house and she got ahold of the agent and added it to our list. She was next to us the entire process and even after the process we hear from her. The main reason at first why we picked her was because she did a first time home buyers class with a mortgage person and insurance agent. It showed my wife and I that someone was willing to go out of their way on their own time and talk to people that havent went through the process before what to expect and what you need to know. She met and exceeded all my expectations and requests. Highly recommend Christin McDonald. Plus she has a sense of humor.

We bought our first house this past year. We are very young and had no idea what we were doing. Christin was not our realtor, but was actually the agent for the people we bought from. She handled out inexperience with providing the most genuine and honest information, even when it meant it wouldnt help her. She was a dual agent (for the seller & buyer) which is rumored to be very tough, but she did EVERYTHING to make sure we both walked away with the BEST and most FAIR deal. The process moved quickly. She was flexible, and I mean very flexible with meeting us and setting showings up. Overall, the best thing about Christin is her honesty and thats a big part of buying a home. You want her to be apart of your buying process, and I will most definitely be contacting her when it comes time to sell.
