One of the hardest things we had to do recently was to say goodbye to our home that we had built and lived in for 27 years. Steve made that transition a lot easier for us. Even when I got emotional about leaving my home, he made me feel comfortable about moving onto the next phase of our lives. From the initial walk through preparing our home, to taking pictures for the listing, and getting the house sold (which happened rather quickly), Steve was with us for the entire journey. Steve did an amazing job finding the home of our dreams in March 2018. He is reliable, highly responsive and has SUPER AMAZING negotiation skills. He listens to your needs. We got the home of our dreams even we were not the highest bid on the home, yes the home of our dreams. Through the years after 2018 he is always been in touch. He got to know us, he knows what's going on with the house, with the kids and with the dogs. He became extended family. If you are looking for a realtor, Steve is your guy.
