My husband and I were very happy with Matt. As we debated when to move and then where to move, Matt was very patient with us. He got to know what we (mostly I) were looking for and really worked hard to find us a home that would meet our needs and my requirements. He also worked to help us decide when to put our house on the market. Our house ended up selling on the first day and although we were willing to have it on the market a few more days, we were encouraged to take the offer. We were not prepared to do this, but we did. We also felt that the price on the house should have been higher as many people told us the price was too low for this area.We are grateful that it sold so fast, however, we also felt that we might have gotten a higher offer. This does not in any way negate the great job he did for us and is still doing as we get through all the required paperwork.
