Steve Varhol, of the John Schuster Group , amazing. We worked with him early to talk about what we hoped our plan would be and how we wanted it to play out. He listen to what we were looking for and helped us develop a very workable timeline to get the home ready for the spring market. We met in early March with plans to hit the market the end of May. As we worked on all those things you need to do he worked on his end maintaining ongoing communication and weekly check-ins. He used some of the Coldwell Banker programs and got our home out there thru their exclusive showing. What do you know, it worked! We were weeks away from the final parts of the timeline and we got an offer, the end of April. With his help we negotiated a final offer that met all our needs. It was hard to say goodbye to the home we had made 25+ years of family memories in but we are happy that a new family can create their new memories. We/I would highly recommend Steve Varhol, and the John Schuster Group, Steve listen to our needs and what we could do to sell our home. I always felt valued and listened too. They helped us make our next life journey possible.

Andy B. was our realtor helping us sell our home. He and his assistant Kate were invaluable in helping my husband and I move after 40 years in the same home. They were patient with our timeline and assisted with each step of the process. I was reluctant to ask the amount suggested, but in the end we were offered $50k over the asking price! I was totally in awe. I would definitely recommend the John Schuster group to anyone!

Working with the John Schuster group certainly was a benefit, from the professional photography, the advice we received from the staging experts, to the well thought out strategic plan to sell our home. Matthew lead his team and the results were multiple offers and a price that exceeded all expectations in one weekend! Matthews step by step explanation on aEURoethe processaEUR? from beginning to close, was exceptional. I will be referring Matthew and the John Schuster group to my family and friends. John and Bonnie are exceptional! John is very knowledgeable and suggested the correct upgrades and sold the house on the same day it was put on the market. Bonnie was very proactive and guided us through out the process. They walked us through every step of the process, during these Covid19 times. We enjoyed working with them and we have already recommended them for a few of our friends.

Andy was both professional and helpful from our first meeting all the way through to the sale of our home.Andy understood our time frames, that we were moving, and worked to accomplish the sale of our home within that time. We were always kept up to date on activity and sale and closing was handled excellently as we had already moved out of state. We would definitely chose John Schuster and Andy again!

We worked with Andy Baker of the John Schuster group to help sell our house.Andy stayed on top of the sale and informed us of the progress every step of the way. There was a snafu in the process but it was not on his end it was on the buyers end and Andy stayed and helped us work through that so the offer could finally be accepted.
