We were so lucky to find Mike. We are new to the Vero Beach area, and it was by sheer luck we met Mike. By the time we were finished with our transaction, we truly felt we had made a friend. Mike is very knowledgeable about Vero Beach area. He showed us several condos/townhouses and was able to supply a great deal of information on all. At no time did we feel any pressure. We were back in Illinois by the time our property closed, and Mike handled everything for us. He also lined up electricians and plumbers for us to meet with when we return in April for improvements on the property. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone!

Mike sold my elderly mother's condo far more quickly than I thought possible, for the right price. He was very responsive to her needs (including a tricky situation involving the timing of getting her fully moved out) and was helpful and patient and a pleasure to work with.
