ZillowVERIFIEDTo anyone looking for a reliable and smart Realtor,I found Mike through a review here on Zillow. I was looking for a buyers agent to sell my elderly parents house in Vero Beach. They had never sold a house before and were understandably nervous and confused as to what to do or what to expect. Also, there was a strong possibility that they would not be present in Vero Beach during the process.Mike came through for my parents like a superhero. His decades worth of experience and knowledge along with his contacts were more than enough, but he went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. He was able to explain to them the process and take care of things in a way that I could not from a thousand miles away. He helped them with clearing out their belongings and watched their backs when offers were presented. He is smart, forthright and always kind. He is someone you want on your side during a real estate deal. Ive hired several Realtors of my own throughout the years, both bad and good. I know the difference a good Realtor can make. I'm difficult to impress and I can truly say Mike Boyd is an exceptional Realtor!Mike stayed in continual clear communication with me as well as my parents which was important. He understood our concerns and always took them into account. Mike not only has the answers to any situation that may arise, but stays on top of it making sure the details are taken care of. Even though he has plenty of other clients, we always felt like we were the only ones. Mike brought us a cash offer within a week of listing with him and while the deal presented with several snags, Mike bent over backwards to make sure the deal closed as scheduled while also finding time to rescue my parents when they locked themselves out although I know for a fact he really didnt have the time that day.We cannot thank him enough. He was instrumental and we couldn't have closed the deal without him.Everyone has 'a guy for this' and a 'guy for that,' right? Mike is your 'guy' for real estate. Plain and simple.M. Kinkead

ZillowVERIFIED Best agent ever. Michael Boyd really knows the area and helped us pick out the best home location for our needs. More importantly, he helped us secure a home in a competitive market, navigate through the loan process, and made sure the closing went smoothly. Great insight, great advice.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike has been a pleasure to work with. He is truly a credit to his profession. He took his time to find out the type of home we were looking for and although we didn't find one right away, he kept in touch while we were back in NY. Eventually we found a home online. Mike took the time to check the home to make sure it was exactly as pictured and exactly the type we were in search of. Although we were 1100 miles away, we were comfortable buying the home because Mike made sure it was a proper fit. After an offer was accepted, Mike put us in touch with a local bank where we secured a mortgage. The entire process was made so easy by Mike that we were able to close in 5 weeks of making an offer. His efforts didn't stop at closing as he continues to assist us with small items while we are once again back in NY. If you are looking for a home in Florida especially in the Vero Beach area, Mike Boyd of Coldwell Banker is the real estate agent you want to see !!!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is a wonderful agent who goes above and beyond. It's been a pleasure working with him. He managed the process of a home purchase in Vero Beach for us. He worked well with us long distance; we were out of state during most of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was very professional and made selling my house in Vero Beach a happy experience to remember. As an out of town seller I thought it would be difficult to know if I picked the right realtor and what was going on but Mike ALWAYS kept me up to date on what was happening, whether it was by emails or phone calls. He was such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Mike to anyone interested in selling or buying in the Vero Beach area. Thank you Mike for all the little things you did for me to make selling my house and closing go smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED While searching for a small vacation home in Florida, Vero Beach seems to have more options in price range. It was really difficult to trust anyone because all the realtors that I spoke with wanted my price range to increase. I finally found Mike Boyd throughout my search and he was the only one who sounds like he was able to provide service to people regardless of their price range. I knew that my price was low, but Mike make me feel like I was spending one million dollars. Residing in Rhode Island and not really knowing much about Indian River County and never have the opportunity to meet Mike in person make me feel skeptical, but Mike was able to make me feel comfortable and trustworthy of him. Mike was able to guide me throughout the process and make me feel comfortable whenever the best opportunities arise. Mike is very honest, professional and knowledgeable of his surroundings (Vero Beach as well as SebastianaEUR|). He was very easy to get in touch via phone or email. I HIGHLY recommend him. Mike, you are the best! Thanks for assisting me and making my first experience buying a home in Florida a piece of cake. Juliana E. (Rhode Island)

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Boyd took care of us as if we were family. He helped my Mother through the whole experience by explaining step by step what to expect. He even drove her to the closing. He took that extra step not only calling my Mother but also myself after hours to make sure we were all on the same page. Michael Boyd made the whole experience easy and worry free and he did it all in a very short amount of time. Thank you Mike for being so professional and caring.

ZillowVERIFIED We showed up in Michael's office, unsure of just what we were looking for and having little idea of how to go about finding what we needed. Within minutes Michael had control of the situation. He put us immediately at ease and, within a few hours, we were purchasing our new home in Vero Beach. We definitely picked the right realtor that day and we happily recommend Michael Boyd to anyone shopping for real estate in Vero Beach.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are selling or buying a home and you put your trust in Mike's professional hands you can't go wrong. He works hard for you, as he has helped me sell and buy homes and I am have been overwhelmed at the results as a negotiator for buying and selling my homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael has helped us with both the selling of our first home and the purchase of our second home. Without his help, I don't know what we would have done. After living in Vero Beach for 33 years, there's no one else I would trust more to help us with our real estate questions or transactions. Soon it will be time for our son to buy his first home and we know Michael will be there for us.

ZillowVERIFIED As you are aware I gave Michael all 5 stars. The reason is simple. My wife and I had a dream of always moving to Florida from Philadelphia PA. We met Michael, and he told us where we were wrong in choosing what we thought we wanted, an because of his knowledge of the Vero Beach area, he got us what was literally the perfect spot for us. I never knew Mike till the the day I walked into his office. Living in a hotel, he went above and beyond the call of duty for what he got paid for. He made arraignments for us to rent our future purchase before settlement, and even offered to loan me his truck to buy furniture.
