Dawn was incredible! She was extremely responsive and worked tirelessly for us over 5 months as we found a rental in Florida while living in Maryland. She always had our best intentions at the forefront ensuring the lease was fool-proof, property was cleaned and ready, and navigated a bumping HOA hold-out between the owner and HOA to ensure we had a place to live!

Dawn did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our house. She understood our needs and wants, how to work with us, and made the process feel easier. Her communication was clear and effective and guide us through the process all the way.

We worked with Dawn over about seven months and developed an effective relationship in the sale of our condo. Dawn was always very responsive to our questions and concerns and available to us by phone and email. She completed a very thorough competitive market analysis for our property at the outset and updated the information along the way. She had a keen sense of the shifts which were occurring in the market over the period of our sale, and carefully explained the need to make adjustments in our approach to the sale. We highly recommend Dawn Serralles.

Dawn was such a pleasure to work with in a really tough house search. She made the process much smoother and helped me both sell my previous home and find a new one. Despite many setbacks, she stood by me through the whole process and made sure I found a home I would absolutely love. Highly recommend!

Dawn went above and beyond what any agent would do while selling our home. The easiest and fastest process we have ever seen. Her communication was constant and spot on every step of the way. We entirely recommend Dawn and are so lucky to have worked with her.
