ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was such a pleasure to work with in a really tough house search. She made the process much smoother and helped me both sell my previous home and find a new one. Despite many setbacks, she stood by me through the whole process and made sure I found a home I would absolutely love. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was incredible! She was extremely responsive and worked tirelessly for us over 5 months as we found a rental in Florida while living in Maryland. She always had our best intentions at the forefront ensuring the lease was fool-proof, property was cleaned and ready, and navigated a bumping HOA hold-out between the owner and HOA to ensure we had a place to live!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Dawn over about seven months and developed an effective relationship in the sale of our condo. Dawn was always very responsive to our questions and concerns and available to us by phone and email. She completed a very thorough competitive market analysis for our property at the outset and updated the information along the way. She had a keen sense of the shifts which were occurring in the market over the period of our sale, and carefully explained the need to make adjustments in our approach to the sale. We highly recommend Dawn Serralles.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling my home in Virginia and moving to Florida can be in the top ten stress levels. However I called upon Dawn Serralles to begin searching for a villa in this area and she faithfully sent me daily listings. This was crucial since I was still in Virginia. After several weeks I noticed this listing, which I sensed was perfect for me and called her late that night requesting she take my son the next day and check it out. Which she did. We quickly moved with an offer and we were able to close the sale. In all selling, buying and moving situations there are always challenges and obstacles. However true to her word she was there to encourage, guide and get me through. She even received my moving van in Boynton and made sure everything got stored in my container. In fact, I needed another small one and I asked her to secure that for me and I would pay her as soon as I arrived several days later. The most important quality for Dawn is I never felt I was imposing on her, she always made it clear my questions and concerns were important and with kindness, empathy and a keen knowledge of her position as a real estate agent I felt secure in every decision I had to make. If I could describe her in a few words, I would use sincere, kind and a distinct quality of integrity. May she continue with great success in the many years ahead. In appreciation,Esther Maston

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was Great. We contracted with her on Thursday and Sunday our home was sold. Not only did our home sell in 4 days we received more than the asking price. Dawn was very patient while guiding us through all of the steps involved from staging the home through the closing process. We were not the easiest clients Dawn has encountered, we were still residing in the home and packing during the showings and inspections. Dawn handled all of the details very eloquently. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property. Sincerely, Roberta Gould

ZillowVERIFIED We had to deal with a very difficult seller and not as "knowledgeable" seller's agent, to put it mildly. She managed to remain professional and get us through it all.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start? Buying a home is such a huge and stressful decision but Dawn made it so smooth. She is very kind and patient. She is always there when needed, no matter how far the drive is, she will do it. Not only she took us to whatever home we were interested in, she also looked out for us as far as the condition of the homes. She was our advocate from the start to the end; and I'm so happy that we chose her as our realtor. Dawn is just the best, I will use her again if I have to. If you ready for your home she is the one to go with, I promise you won't regret it.
