Coldwell Banker Boyd & Hassell

Will did an outstanding job selling my home. This home had sentimental value and I needed it to be as painless as possible. He didn't drag me through unnecessary details and gave me honest, professional input that kept the process simple. His knowledge of the selling process was impressive. He also identified an issue and got it resolved that I had no idea about previous to listing with him.I didn't know how much I didn't know and I'm thankful to have had Will to make sure the process was done competitively, correctly and fair. He also identified an issue and got it resolved that I had no idea about previous to listing with him. I would absolutely recommend Will to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Brandon did an awesome job with helping us purchase our dream home, although the seller was very difficult but Brandon didn't give up. He help us patiently waiting with till we got the house.

Brandon was excellent to work with! I swear he never sleeps because he was quick to respond to every text, every call and every concern! He was patient and kind and helped me not only get through the long process but he knew what to say to calm my nerves when things got stressful and in my situation things got stressful for sure! Brandon felt more like a friend than just a really good real estate agent! He is thorough & educated & made sure all the "I's were dotted & the " T's were crossed properly! If he doesn't have an answer he has family who has been in this for many many years who does. If anyone needs a guy who actually is working for YOU not just the "big one! " If I ever have a question pertaining to real estate I know who to call!

Will did an outstanding job helping my wife and I, first find a home to our liking, and then assist beyond my expectations as we went through negotiations and subsequent purchase. I am a very direct person and Will listened regarding the specifics of what we were looking for and why; was patient with us as we "bounced around" first wanting one thing and then heading down a different direction before ultimately going back to our original direction. I honestly could not have asked for a better agent for our family. Many thanks to Will and his team members.

Will did a great job of getting my house on the market and getting our house sold. He went over and beyond on getting things right with things that needed fixed and even made two trips to granite falls to deliver water samples. I couldnt ask for a better man to work with on this sale.
