She was able to get us a showing on a house very last minute and submit a contract in less than an hour. We had tough negotiations with the seller of the house we bought due to multiple offers and she guided us through it. In the end we got the house for a price we thought was fair. She was always available when I had a question and kept us up to date on everything that was happening. She is also just the sweetest person ever. She will treat you like you are her family/friend.
