Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors

Dee and her staff were awesome. They were always available and actually worked to sell our house and not just list our home. Best people we have ever worked with! They went above and beyond with our listing. Best decision we could have made and got our house sold. Thank you Dee Evans and staff.

Thx a Million! Dee - Sold the residence within 10 days!... Has a wonderful team who are knowledgeable, professional and efficient... " You and Your team are not only a credit to the real estate profession but Leaders in your own right"!.... Much continued Success.... Dee B.

DEE IS THE NICEST REALTOR I HAVE EVER MET. VERY SMART AND ON THE BALL AT ALL TIMES. ALL HER GROUP ARE THE SAME WAY.

Working with the Dee Evans Group at Coldwell Banker was truly a first-class experience from start to finish. Dee and her team, includimg Jackie and Bessie were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. They took the time to really understand our needs, answered every question with patience, and guided us through the process with confidence. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Every stepaEUR"from listing to negotiation to closingaEUR"was handled smoothly and with clear communication. We always felt supported and never rushed. If youre looking for a realtor who combines experience, market expertise, and genuine care for their clients, I highly recommend the Dee Evans Group. They made what could have been a stressful process easy. Listed to offer to closed in record time! Thank you Dee!

Dee and her team were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. She/they had great neighborhood specific knowledge and experience that really helped ease our minds and move things along. We got our offer in less than 24 hours in what was described as a buyer's market.
