ZillowVERIFIEDVery disappointed with this Realtor! Pictures posted had duplicates so I had to have them fix them. Then the new pictures were not what I requested, they did not want to include my carport with my cars in it. Who cares if a car is in the carport? People live here, look at the interior! We spent over 6 months on the market with no offers and little views and Dee would hardly reach out to provide suggestions etc. I had to ask to lower the price 4+ times and the last time the incorrect amount was lowered. We had on 2 occasions where potential buyers came to view our home and the lock box did not work so they left! Once I had to drive back just to open the door for them. Then on a couple of times I had to ask for feedback from the viewings! We had no-shows and made arrangements and schedule changes to show our home and they didn't show. The final straw was when I asked them to put some items as negotiable since we had some viewers ask about our shed and dry sauna since Dee and team put them in the pictures online and that did not happen. Then, I asked for her to lower the price to $5K and after signing the paperwork the price did not change and I kept waiting. In the past it took literally 1 day to post the reduction. It was only until I said something about the price change wasn't updated then literally a few mins. later it gets updated and the price reduction was wrong! Also, the items I asked them to update to negotiable was never updated on the website but Dee tells me it was updated on for only realtors to view? Makes no sense to me because if I am a potential buyer and looking at a home online and see a list of items under Not Included and see all those items in the pictures, there is a possibility I would pass. Why put it in a place where buyers cant see? Took them 1 month to take those pictures down after the feedback of potential buyers advising they were disappointed they were not included but they were in the pictures! I would NOT recommend Dee or Ebby to anyone! In my opinion there was no care on Dee's part, not very engaged, at least to us. Maybe since we are not in Rockwall (where her location is) where the big bucks are at we got less attention from Dee.

She is knowledgeable of the market and made us feel comfortable from the very first meeting. Her marketing strategy enabled us to sell our house quickly and without any stress. Her assistant Julie answered all my questions anytime we asked, just be prepared to become a listener as she is a talker. ZillowVERIFIEDI personally did not have The Dee Evans Group represent me on the buying of my home but I wish we would have. They represented the home owner on the home we were buying. There are far too many details to discuss but what I will share is there were many difficulties that came from my real estate agent (who is with an outside company) and my lending company. The lack of communication from my representatives was quite embarrassing. I would not have known what was going on had it not been for Jackie Young with The Dee Evans Group. I received updates and witnessed more requests for details regarding the closing from the Dee Evans Group than with my own personal realtor. If you are needing a great realtor in Texas I would recommend you contact Jackie Young.

I try to encourage my sellers to be the early bird in the Spring/Summer Market but to do so they need to come on the market with a competitive price point. This market is not for the lighthearted and the only motivation for buyers is to get a home that is priced fairly. This is where the right agent comes into play!
