Blake did an amazing job from start to finish! I reached out to him to discuss the possibility of us selling our home. He did some local market comparisons, explained what he believed we should list our house at, and sent over a net sheet that detailed out approximately what we would profit if we did decide to sell. Within a week of our call he had our house listed with professional pictures and started scheduling showings. The very first day it was listed we had multiple offers and by the end of the weekend we accepted an over-asking, all cash offer. He knows the market and how to price a house right, he was always available to answer any questions, and the craziest part of it all is that I was 9 months pregnant at the beginning of this process and he worked around every schedule change and even arranged for a notary to come to my home to sign the closing documents so I wouldnt have to get out with my newborn.
