ZillowVERIFIED5 stars aEUR" Jennifer Potter is the real deal Jennifer Potter has now helped my family twice aEUR" first finding us a great rental two years ago, and most recently guiding us through the purchase of our dream home in Frisco. That kind of trust doesnt happen by accident. The home purchase involved a VA loan, which comes with its own complexities and timelines, and Jennifer navigated all of it with patience and expertise. She never made us feel like just another transaction. She was thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home aEUR" not just any home. As a military family, weve moved more times than I can count. This was, without question, the least stressful move weve ever made aEUR" and a huge part of that credit goes to Jennifer. She brought calm, honesty, and genuine care to every step of the process. If youre buying or selling in the DFW area, especially if youre navigating a VA loan, stop your search. Call Jennifer Potter.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is my go-to real estate expert. We have now done transactions on multiple properties. I first bought with her in 2012 or so. Then we bought again. Later, I sold the original place, sold the next place, and she helped us find our current home. Jennifer is the real deal; she is honest, hardworking, and tells it like it is. My kind of agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer's knowledge of the greater McKinney area and housing market was extremely valuable as we relocated from out-of-state! She was accommodating of our tight schedule and very efficient at arranging many showings in just a couple of days. Also gave us great guidance on market trends and price/negotiation strategy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Realtor in the north Dallas suburbs!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer is the best real estate agent, hands down! She helped me sell my house and was always available to answer questions. She remained calm when we went through a minor tense situation, which helped me not to panic. She is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jennifer was recommended to me by my son, because she went above and beyond to help him sell his house and, at the same time, and purchase a new one. I guess you could say she is our family real estate agent in the Dallas area. Thanks so much for all your valuable help, Jennifer!

ZillowVERIFIED I began researching real estate agents to help us find our forever home once we had made a decision to buy. I wanted to find someone who knew the area in which I was looking at and had years of experience to walk us through the ins and outs of purchasing a house in a hot market. I needed more of a business partner instead of a friend that would work hard with and for us. I had run into several real estate agents while starting my home search by going to open houses and reaching out to aquaintances but I didn't get the help and guidance I needed. I went on yelp and google to research agents in my area. I reached out to Jennifer via email and without meeting her in person or even speaking on the phone, she responded to me immediately. I let her know what properties I was looking at and she went right to work. She immediatly got a sense of our style, taste, timing, wants and needs. I knew right away she was the real estate agent for us. I met Jennifer in person for the first time on our first showing. She was professional, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She not only was my real estate agent, she quickly became my friend (Bonus!). My husband and I are so grateful for Jennifer and would recommend her to anyone. She even made the negotiating and signing painless. We love our new home and couldn't have done it without her.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Jennifer immediately when we made the decision to sell our home. She made several trips to our home, thoroughly checked comps, computed the asking price and made suggestions to prepare our home for showing. She provided an excellent photographer for the online photos and coordinated the appointments for showings only to qualified buyers. As a result of her guidance we received several contracts. She proved to be a shrewd negotiator by securing an increase in the purchase offer and a two month leaseback from the buyer after closing. Jennifer has an outgoing personality and handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I strongly recommend her for serious sellers and buyers.

She provided guidance on the listing price and through the negotiations. Not only is she the best realtor around, she is an amazing person.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was absolutely fantastic to work with when we sold our home. She was very quick in responding to my initial inquiry and came very well prepared to our initial meeting. She had an abundant supply of comps for us to look at with both current listings and those that had recently sold. She was extremely knowledgeable in the area and knew her numbers. She was excellent at helping us determine the listing price and listing date. She took the time to walk us through the home and tell us the best way to stage every piece of our home (even though she would have provided a professional stager). The photographer she used was exceptional at showcasing the best features of our home. During our 2.5 days of showings (because that's all it took), we were out of town. Jennifer came every morning to turn the lights on and then came over every evening to make sure all lights were off and everything was locked up. She went above and beyond for us! After multiple showings and offers, she helped us decide on the most solid offer. From start to finish, we listed, sold, moved, and closed in under 30 days. Jennifer was there for us every single step of the way and made the entire process easy and flawless! I highly recommend Jennifer because she is the BEST of the BEST!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer provided excellent advice on the market in our neighborhood and was spot on with the pricing of our home. I think what sets her apart from other realtors is her vast knowledge of the McKinney market. She had a proven track record of success in selling many homes in our neighborhood. We loved the fact that she has a relationship with a professional photographer and the pictures turned out amazing. Our home looked like a model home. Most importantly we had multiple offers within 24 hours of listing our home! It was truly a great experience and i would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone who is thinking about selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer Potter was extremely professional, warm and informative. She took the time to explain whatever we needed to know to make a decision. She handled all her deliverables quickly and without any errors. She helped us establish the best price for which to sell the property and provided expert opinions and analysis at each step along the way. Our property sold in less than one week at the asking price in the middle of a Pandemic. Jennifer is so savvy with the use of photography, staging and social media that the property was viewed on Zillow by over 100 potential buyers in less than a month. The entire process from soup to nuts was flawless, touchless and stressless. We are so happy with our experience we are shouting from the rooftops to anyone who will listen, Jennifer Potter can sell your home quickly and for a fair price.
