Coldwell Banker APEX

Monica is an excellent Realtor! She helped us purchase our home 6 years before helping us to sell it as part of a job relocation. We received a much higher purchase price than we initially expected due to Monica's marketing expertise.

Monica was fantastic. We were buying out of state, so everything was more stressful, but she was so responsive and helpful. As first time home buyers, she was patient with us even when our financial circumstances changed halfway through house shopping. When we decided to put in an offer, she didnt hesitate to move forward. She also has great recommendations for local services (inspectors, roofers, appliances etc)!

Monica did an outstanding job helping me sell my house. After sending out questionnaires to 5 different realtors from 5 different companies, Monica was the easy choice due to her responsiveness, knowledge of the area and complete willingness to help me understand the process and potential of the sell. Monica was the only one that gave me a market analysis that showed the actual potential of the property and then she quickly helped me get the house ready to sell. She found a buyer and we closed in a very acceptable time frame AND for $100,000.00 more than 3 of the other 5 realtors even thought possible. Monica is Awesome and I highly recommend her.

Monica is an excellent realtor. She made home buying easy. It was a blessing to have such a great person tending to everything while we live hundreds of miles away. She is very detail oriented and her communication skills are amazing,

She is unresponsive and didn't tell me why. Texted her twice and no response. Ask me one question and decided I guess that I wouldn't be a good tenant after meeting all the requirements.
