One year ago, my husband and I set out a goal to purchase a beach front condo in Long Island. At the time, this felt totally impossible, out of budget, and simply a dream. But, with Jamie's help, knowledge, committement and diligence, our dream came true! Jamie was incredible kind, generous, and patience throughout our year-long journey. She consistently found more and more properties for us to evaluate, and was always honest if she needed to do more research. She was 100% responsive (at all times!) and even so kind to always pick us up from the train station when we would visit Long Beach. We decided to stick with Jamie, initially, because she was clearly a Long Beach enthusiast and advocate, and was deeply in tune with the neighborhood. This deep knowledge made for a very inform purchasing experience, where Jamies was able to provide local insights into the different microneighborhoods (west end vs east end) and even restaurant suggestions whenever we were in town! We are so grateful to have worked with Jamie and the team she suggested of lawyers, loan officers etc.
