Our apartment went on the market April 10 and it was sold over asking and closed June 2. Barbara was always available, and she or a member of her team attended every showing. She went above and beyond. I live two hours away, and Barbara took care of things, so I didnt have to make trips to the apartment. She made what could have been a trying process a breeze.

I don't know where we would be without their knowledge and always professional input. Our family's home, which our parents bought in 1950, had no permits for the additions my parents added as our family grew. Dad always said, "I'm not going to worry about it. I won't be here." Never knew the true meaning of that for sure! Barbara and her team guided us through every single problem we encountered, and there were many. In a very challenging business, it is nice to know you can put all your cares in her basket and she will not steer you wrong. She is direct and confident in her answers. She does not give vague responses like "it's around" or "it could be", or "i think so". She finds out the exact answer without any misleading information. Our recent transaction required more information than in the past but Barbara went above and beyond to deliver all the necessary and correct information in a very timely manner. Barbara cares about her clients more so than most agents in the business. Always accommodating... even it it may interfere with her personal life.
