Barbara Pater is an outstanding real estate professional. With her wealth of knowledge of the area and quick understating of my need and preference made my limited two visits of two days each highly efficient and sufficient. And her continued support after the closing with the information on the local service providers has been quite helpful. Her dedication and expert knowledge made my purchase of a house a stress-free experience.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our first house with Andrew Palumbo. He helped us get the best price for the house we wanted. Recently, we decided to sell and he did an extraordinary job, again! We have nothing but good things to say about Andrew and we highly recommend him.

Barb is far and away the best realtor I've ever worked with. Even in an incredibly challenging market for buying a home, she was always available, enjoyed showing us homes, and gave us the insight we needed in order to beat out everyone else in closing on a home. The comfort in knowing we had a professional who was on our side made an otherwise extremely stressful experience so much more relaxing and fun. Moving to a new place has so many challenges, and I truly will be forever grateful to Barb for making that transition easier for us. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

Barb was an amazing realtor for us as my husband and I searched for our first new home! Communication was quick, we always got into the houses we wanted to see first in line, and she gave us so much invaluable information when buying our first home - we really didnt know what we were doing, and Barb made the whole process so seamless! She came highly recommended from a co-worker, and we would recommend her to everyone now too.

We were very fortunate to have found Andrew Palumbo to represent us as our realtor. He made the process seamless and answered all the questions we had since we were first time home buyers and were clueless on many things. Andrew is honest and hands on. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We will definitely recommend him to our friends or anyone looking for a realtor. Irene& Ben
