I have experience purchasing many investment and personal properties all around the country with countless agents, and I can confidently say Dylan is the best I've agent I've worked with by a mile. My wife and I recently purchased our forever home in the East Bay with Dylan, and have nothing but the best things to say. We initially thought we wanted a brand new 2026 built home, and given we are young, most real estate agents I've worked with might have told us off immediately or sold us what we wanted to hear. Dylan on the other hand was patient and understanding, actually listening to what we wanted rather than lauding his experience over us to stomp over what we thought was right. Because he actually listened and took detailed notes, when we did see other properties, he learned from the things we said we wanted and every progressive property was closer and closer to our dream. When he did have a note to make about a property's advantages or disadvantages, he made it with authority but without making us feel like he was talking over us. For example, we were thinking about buying a brand new home in east Dublin, but he helped us arrive at the conclusion that what we wanted as far as battling 580 and proximity to the spine of 680 did not jive with where we were, despite being a new home. We quickly pivoted to relatively new homes in San Ramon and found our dream listing. The listing party had some terms in their contract that would've made most other agents frustrated or turned them off from this transaction immediately, but Dylan kept both us and the listing side calm and collected, and got a win-win out of a property that was an absolute gem but had been sitting on the market for a while. Dylan works tirelessly, it felt like he was always reachable throughout our buying process, even when I messaged him at all hours of the night anxious about making the right decision. When we did decide to negotiate terms and close, he produced documents and terms with efficiency and was able to meet us at our level explaining things like rent backs and EMD; he also bought copious technical knowledge to the table about the ins and outs of various parts of our closing process, and what offer range and terms would work best to close us the house. Thanks to him, we took only 2-3 weeks from start of search to closing on our dream forever home! Dylan will forever be our real estate agent henceforth. He is professional, kind, has a great sense of humor, and above all else is a fantastic listener. I feel like these qualities are missing in most real estate agents who either force you into homes/situations you might not be comfy with, don't listen to you, or put up a front until you close and then are radio silent.
