ZillowVERIFIEDWe started to look for a house during the COVID and Varsha was extremely helpful during these tough times. We appreciate that she took us to so many houses in different areas during the pandemic which helped us in making our decision. We had some issues while closing the loan with the set date and Varsha was able to pull up her contacts in the bank and ensured the closing happened on time. We are loving the new house! The neighborhood is amazing!! Your hard work helped us find our dream home, and we couldnt be more grateful about this. Varsha ensured that all the processes were streamlined. Varsha also has good negotiation skills, which helped us a lot during the process

ZillowVERIFIED Varsha is very professional and she helped buy our first home; sell the first home and helping in getting another property. In all 3 deals she was very insightful and came prepared with a specific game plan. Some of her recommendations helped us get more return on investment while selling the house. Highly recommend working with Varsha as she blends personalization and professionalism very well.

ZillowVERIFIED Varsha is incredible in what she does. She tirelessly shows you home after home, offering honest opinions and suggestions. Her ability to make an offer stand out without the buyers having to pay extra is what makes her stand out. Even after the offer has been accepted, she negotiates services and credits without the buyer having to prompt her. She also has a team of highly skilled professionals working with her - contractors, painters etc, making her a one stop shop for her clients. I whole heatedly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Varsha was referred to me by a friend. I was looking to sell my townhouse and buy another home in Pleasanton. Selling and buying at the same time is a very daunting and a time sensitive process. It was great to have Varsha on my side during this challenging transaction. She was with me every step of the way. Always responded to my phone calls and texts. Was personally present during the inspection and appraisal of both properties to make sure everything was being done in the right manner. She also communicated and coordinated with my loan officer to make sure the loan process was on the right track and would be funded on time. I would recommend Varsha without reservations to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, and supportive, Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED The search for our dream home in Trivalley area started when our twin boys were born this year. We had zero knowledge about the whole process of purchasing a home and were quite nervous and hesitant if we ever would be able to make a decision, so we started with Zillow. Thats when we found Varsha Upadhye, our professional and experienced agent who not only helped us find our dream home within our budget but guided us in every step of the process answering all our questions to our satisfaction without ever pushing us into making any decision unlike other agents we met. So if anyone is seriously thinking of buying a home in trivalley area, Varsha should be the first choice.
