We had a fantastic experience with Holly. We were a bit of a challenging case because we are from overseas and were not very familar with the US housing market. Holly taught us so much in the journey, she was very patient in answering all our questions and clearing some misconceptions. She also has a very good eye for the quality of a home, which helped tremendously in deciding where to put what kind of offer. During the offer process (we made four in total) she was very responsive and clear about the strategy, and her excellent communication skills were helpful when dealing with listing agents. The home we bought needed a special arrangement regarding the septic system, which is a rare case but she also handled tjhat very well. Luckily Holly recommended a loan officer and a lawyer who were super professional in clarifying what is needed for closing the deal, and everything worked out very well.
