ZillowVERIFIED We had a fantastic experience with Holly. We were a bit of a challenging case because we are from overseas and were not very familar with the US housing market. Holly taught us so much in the journey, she was very patient in answering all our questions and clearing some misconceptions. She also has a very good eye for the quality of a home, which helped tremendously in deciding where to put what kind of offer. During the offer process (we made four in total) she was very responsive and clear about the strategy, and her excellent communication skills were helpful when dealing with listing agents. The home we bought needed a special arrangement regarding the septic system, which is a rare case but she also handled tjhat very well. Luckily Holly recommended a loan officer and a lawyer who were super professional in clarifying what is needed for closing the deal, and everything worked out very well. All in all, we can recommend Holly 100%!

She was also very responsive, generally replying to our emails within minutes no matter when we sent them (which led us to avoid sending non-urgent emails late at night). With the added difficulties of the COVID-19 outbreak, she adapted and remained very professional even as we all tried to minimize in-person interaction. She came up with a floor plan idea and staging that are responsible for the $200k+ profit my condo made over the price I bought it at. She knows Cambridge extremely well, and helped me to think about aspects of locations that I might not have thought of myself (e.g. proximity to the HS, thinking way ahead for my 5 yr old!) She also knows a fair amount of foundational construction information, and estimates of building contractor work, which is helpful in assessing what level of effort and budget it might take to bring a house to your desired standard. Holly also takes time to get to know her clients; she was able to move me away from the area I originally targeted, to a condo about 10 minutes away, knowing it was the perfect house for our needs. Additionally, Holly has followed up to see how we have settled in, and seems to genuinely care that her clients are happy with their new home. Given the seller's market in which I purchased, it is hard to comment specifically.on her negotiation skills.

When I was competing for a highly prized house with several overbids, her bidding strategy was brilliant. And I won the bid. She alerted me to an investment property, encouraging me to move quickly if I were interested. Normally I would take a long time to consider, but I trusted her enough to snap up the property, which yields a top dollar monthly income and has appreciated by 50% in 5 years. Equally important is that Holly is wonderful to work with. She makes it a point to understand exactly what you want and goes all out to find it. She's flexible, communicates well and is easy to work with. She knows the intricacies of the market. She doesn't drag you around to places you don't need to see. She managed the move out of our renters, oversaw the magnificent renovation and staging of our pair of apartments (in spite of a tight budget and time frame), helped resolve a multitude of issues involved with our sale and ran round to get all the paperwork done on time. Her insight into the real estate market and her marketing strategy yielded a 21% higher price than the best prediction of 3 other agents we had interviewed. (While we can't imagine how she can repeat that performance, it does show how good she is.) On top of all that, she had to spend a ridiculous amount of time calming our nerves and managing our anxieties.
