Tara is one of the most professional realtors we have worked with. After searching for our dream home in Fairfield Beach area for eighteen months, she was thorough, diligent and didn't give up on us. We just closed on the perfect home for our family to continue our next chapter. Not only did she find our dream home but she found us the perfect buyers on our current home where we lived for sixteen years. We are so grateful.

Tara was professional, savvy, thoughtful and resourceful throughout this process. She clearly loves her work, because she brings energy, passion and commitment to every stage. We especially appreciated her clear communication and problem solving skills. We highly recommend Tara!

Tara was fantastic. She made a very complicated process seamless. She is strategic with her pricing and no one knows the area better than Tara. She helped us juggle our schedule to make showing our home as easy as possible. Tara was a joy to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Tara was amazing to work with. Her knowledge and access to the local market single handedly got us our dream house. If it were another agent I dont think it would have happened. I appreciated her responsiveness and communication style. She is excellent at her job.

Tara is amazing at what she does. She guided us with great expertise while we prepared to get our house on the market, and she made the entire process as stress-free as possible. We took all of her great suggestions, and as a result, we received overwhelming feedback that our home presented well, and we sold very quickly considering the area. She is also just a great person, and so easy to get along with. She was also the agent when we originally rented the home, then purchased it, and now she has helped us sell it. We would not hesitate to work together again. Thank you so much Tara!!
