Tara explained all of the details that go into selling a house and how she could make it seamless and easy. She said "Trust Me", I did and I am 110% glad I did. Tara did a thorough analysis of not only the Fairfield market but what things were like down to the street the house was on. She priced the house at exactly the right amount. I got the asking price. The marketing of the house was excellent and the pictures that she had taken were amazing. I am talking Architectural Digest Cover shots! Tara also was instrumental in helping me find "very reasonably priced" help; painting, moving, cleaning and especially staging (if you do opt to use Tara ask her to connect you with Danielle for decorating & staging advice!!!). Tara kept me in the loop on an ongoing basis of what the status of everything was, so I never had to wondering what was going on. Trust me, if you are selling a house, you can not find a better (and cooler) person to help you!!! Six out of five stars!!!
