Cobb Realty, Inc

Shelly was a wonderful realtor when we were selling our mother's house. She is very knowledgeable and guides you through the whole process. She is quick to respond and her advice was very much appreciated. The listing she provided online was excellent and the house sold in a matter of just a few days. She will go above and beyond for you. Shelly is the realtor for you!

Shelly was fantastic to work with on the sale of our home. She was very responsive and professional in our interaction. Communication was very clear and she followed up on everything we discussed along the way. And even did some follow-up months after sale for tax purposes (which we greatly appreciated)!!

Shelly was great to work with! As can be the norm with real estate transactions, we faced a couple hiccups during the process, but with Shelly on our side we never had to worry. Shelly took care of everything, always had our best interest in mind, and kept us informed along the way. Our experience with her was great and we would highly recommend working with her!

I highly recommend Shelly! She was friendly, responsive, informed and a huge advocate for us. She made the transaction smooth and painless. She went above and beyond to have food and drinks waiting in the refrigerator for our move-in day. She took care of all aspects of the transaction from start to finish and was a pleasure to deal with.

Shelly Hildbrandt was our selling real estate agent recently. Shelly has extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate business. She made the entire process smooth, fast, and even enjoyable. We highly recommend Shelly to anyone seeking a dedicated and highly competent real estate professional. Ronnie and Cheryl Basore
